YESITEX Only accepts returns of items with a defect or factory defect as long as it is within a period of 15 days from the order confirmation. After this period, we reserve the right of admission or withdrawal.

To manage a return due to a defect or factory defect, you must notify us in advance through the corresponding channels with the details of your order and an image showing the defect. We will proceed to review it. Once reviewed and approved, YESITEX will arrange a pickup to the same delivery address.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified by the quality department, the corresponding amount will be paid in the same way as it was paid within 10 days of receipt.

We only accept one return due to a defect or factory defect for each order, within the period indicated above.

We do not accept returns due to defects on previously used items.
